Everything is not what it seems

“Wake up everybody, no more sleeping in bed. No more backward thinking, Time for thinking ahead”.

As I woke up to this song in my head, I tossed and turned. I realized My body is talking to me. Telling me my back hurts and my feet hurts. Could be simply saying, “ Get ya butt up. Let's get in motion.” In order for your mind and body to align, you must listen first. It may be screaming or whispering to you. Both are very visible and loud though. Staying Active for you is the biggest victory of them all. Being able to use every part of your anatomy at ages over 30 is the biggest accomplishment. Because I feel like once you hit the late 30’s, you know like 35, is the midway mark where the body starts acting like a DJ and switching records on you. You can eat right all you want but you must do something to keep your muscles and joints active. Whether it be 10-30 minute exercise, yoga, walking with the right shoes, or even  a sport of your liking. It activates the alignment to keep you focus and going. So next time when you decide to turn the alarm off, just know that your body is gonna switch records real soon if you don’t listen. It will randomly and unexpectedly go from Rhianna to The Blues Brothers real quick. So use it before you lose it!
