Energy Exchange

Do You Like Yourself? Do you have enough love within you to give others and still be present?  Sometimes we come in contact with people who give an uplifting energy that makes you feel you can do anything. I like to call those people "The Recharge" because in this field where we take care of the individual with our hands from the time we enter their space we must make sure we have the right energy to fulfill the task. Once hands are placed on an individual you have exchanged a connection within the Power of Touch. Some may be lacking energy due to work, relationships, or life in general. So when i ask, do you like yourself? I am saying if you dont like you, then dont touch me. Because that will not give me the recharge i need and it will only keep us both stagment in a place of discomfort. I wouldn't want that for either of us. So remember what your intentions are before you place your hands or even come in a persons boundary. Because energy never lies. Check and wipe your mirror. If you dont recognize you, then takes some time out to recharge yourself. You can't give what you don't have... ✌🏽
